The RISE Information Security Foundation is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening global cybersecurity capacity, particularly in developing and under-resourced regions.
Our mission is to empower investigators, prosecutors, civil society actors, and frontline technologists with expert-led, no-cost training in cybercrime investigation, threat intelligence, and incident response. We operate on a public-interest model: convening subject-matter experts, law enforcement professionals, and industry leaders to deliver high-quality educational programming that directly supports safer digital ecosystems. As a charitable organization, RISE relies upon philanthropic support from private foundations, corporate donors, and collegial partner organizations that share our commitment to evidence-based cybersecurity capacity building.
