The RISE Information Security Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established to provide free, expert-led cybersecurity training to frontline professionals in developing nations. Originating from the successful RISE and Underground Economy (UE) conferences held by Team Cymru over the past two decades, the Foundation delivers practical education in cybercrime investigation, threat intelligence, and incident response to law enforcement, NGOs, utilities, and educators. This effort strengthens global cybersecurity and directly benefits U.S. national security.
